My journey began at the age of 14 in the hotel industry. Having learned from scratch, I was shaped by positions in 5-star hotels – a school where I learned one thing: an eye for detail and the tireless pursuit of being a perfect host. Born in 1977, I bring the necessary calm, discipline and passion to set new standards in the industry today.
